Loyalty Program Terms

The Dental Solutions loyalty program pays real money back into your wallet on every order. These terms describe how membership, cashback, and tiers work.

Welcome gift

When you verify your email address, $100 of wallet credit is added automatically and you become a Bronze member. The welcome gift is granted once per person.

Tiers and cashback

  • Bronze — your starting tier: 2% cashback on every order.
  • Silver — after $1,500 of qualifying spend: 5% cashback plus a one-time $150 bonus.
  • Gold — after a further $6,000 of qualifying spend beyond Silver: 10% cashback plus a one-time $300 bonus.
  • Platinum — after a further $20,000 of qualifying spend beyond Gold: 15% cashback plus a one-time $1,000 bonus.

Each threshold is measured from the previous tier's entry, and tiers are permanent: once reached, a tier is never removed and never expires.

Crossing a tier mid-order

When a single order carries you past a tier threshold, the order is split at the boundary: the part up to the threshold earns your previous tier's rate, and everything above it earns the new tier's higher rate. You are promoted during that order, the new tier's one-time bonus is added, and the spend beyond the threshold already counts toward the next tier. If one order crosses several thresholds, the same split applies at each of them, and each crossed tier's bonus is granted once. Your order confirmation shows this breakdown exactly.

Qualifying spend

Qualifying spend is what you actually pay for merchandise: the product subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping fees, VAT, and any part of the order paid with wallet credit. The same amount is the basis for cashback, which is credited when your payment is confirmed and reversed proportionally if an order is cancelled or refunded.

Wallet credit

1 credit equals $1 and can be applied at checkout, up to the full merchandise and tax value of the order (credit never covers shipping). Credit currently has no expiry date, cannot be transferred, and has no cash value outside the platform. Amounts paid with credit do not earn cashback and do not count toward tiers. Every movement is recorded in your wallet ledger.
