Rates and free shipping

Orders with $350 or more of merchandise ship free. Below that, a flat $50 shipping fee applies — never more, regardless of weight or destination.

Carriers and delivery

We ship with Express, DHL and UPS. Transit time depends on the destination; you receive the carrier and tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed over.

Where we ship and taxes

We ship across North America (United States, Canada), Latin America (including Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Argentina and Brazil), Europe (including Spain, Italy and most EU countries), and the Middle East. The full country list is available at checkout.

VAT is charged only on orders shipped within Israel (18%). Orders shipped outside Israel are exported and carry no Israeli VAT, so the total you see at checkout is the total we charge. Your own country may apply import duties, VAT or other local taxes on arrival; those are assessed by your customs authority and collected by the carrier, and they are not included in our prices.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier you receive an email with the tracking number. The same tracking link is always available under Orders in your account.
